

There is always a “bottleneck” somewhere and when you fix one you just relocate it to another bottleneck that might not be a bottleneck today because it is metered somewhere else.
You don’t have to eliminate all cars you just have to provide choices and options and hopefully those solutions don’t have to wait in the same congestion of motorists otherwise why would you utilize them; carpooling, transit, trains, bicycling and walking.
